For this job I got hired for the summer when I was back from college. My duties for this job included creating the schedule blocking for the different programs of swim lessons throughout the duration of the summer (April 2022-August 2022), building these classes for our website through the coding website Fusion, training swim instructors, handling new hire paperwork and on-boarding on to our team, scheduling life guards, handling and double checking logged employee hours for each pay period, as well as managing the pool at the same time.
